Coach Kotak conducted two leadership workshops for all our people managers: one for line managers and the other for HODs. Both the workshops were meticulously planned based on input from multiple stakeholders. Coach Kotak conducts the workshops in a very engaging manner with high level of participation from all attendees resulting in internalizing concepts through reflection and experience. The methodology included a good mix of concept sharing, activities and role plays, group discussion and self-assessment exercises making the experience varied and interesting. We found the sessions to be quite insightful. We thank him for his efforts in conducting both the workshops with great passion.
